We have been serving the Body of Christ in leadership roles for over 40 years. As “spiritual Father and Mother” figures in the Body of Christ, we sense God is guiding us to serve Him side by side in order to advance the gospel and strengthen the spiritual vitality and visible unity of His Church. 

Like Aquila and Priscilla in the book of Acts (18:1-2), our ministry is simply called Tracy and Debra.  Our Mission is to help disciples, leaders and the collective Church of our city and cities like yours, to thrive in their relationship with Jesus – through speaking, writing, podcasting, mentoring, consulting and collaboration.

We believe we can make a strategic contribution in five core areas of Kingdom life.

Triune Life – Our Awesome Triune God

We want to model and communicate a passionate devotion to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – inspiring others to know Him more intimately and engage Him in His word more deeply. Sound theology is empowering and invigorating!

Encounter Life – The Power of the Gospel

As stewards of the Good News of life in Jesus, we desire for God to use our lives to draw others to Himself and equip God’s people to confidently and courageously do the work of ambassadors and evangelists in their sphere of influence.

The Risen Life – “He is risen and so are we!”

The same resurrection power the Father exercised toward Jesus to raise Him from the dead, He has exercised toward us who have believed in Him.  We were “dead” in our sins but God has made us alive together with Christ (Eph. 2:1-6).  The resurrection of Jesus is not only an historical fact, but also the life-giving and life-empowering reality for every believer in Christ.  We will seek to enhance the spiritual vitality of God’s people as champions of the message of our risen life in Christ.

Body Life – The Church Micro and City

From the simplest expression of the Church (micro) to the collective body of Christ in a city, God calls us to love one another with the love of Christ and stand as one man for the faith of the gospel (Phil. 1:27).  This love and unity is designed by God to draw a watching world to faith in Christ (John 17:23).  We will serve as advocates for fresh expressions of Gospel Communities and the love and oneness of God’s people that Jesus prayed for.

Disciple Life – Multiply Mature Disciples, Leaders, and Churches

Debra and I realized, that between the two of us, we represent over 100 years of knowing Jesus as our Savior. With that rich history of faith, we want to invest our lives into men, women, and couples who will invest into the lives of others.  The result will be a multiplied increase in disciples, leaders, and church initiatives.  Our individual discipleship initiative is called “Communitas” and our couples mentoring cohorts are called “Perfectly One”.

Debra and I share a strong value for collaboration.  The spiritual transformation of our city or yours will not be the result of the efforts of one local church, but rather the collaborative ministry of the collective Church of the city.  We anticipate, therefore, partnering with a variety of businesses, non-profit ministries, and churches in our desire to see Jesus lifted up and his name become renowned.
